Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

As far as fish goes, tilapia can be a bit bland. A little bit (and by that I mean a lot) of cheese will fix that. This Luke and Lily favorite is adapted from the Taste and Tell food blog and inspired by Herbert Struemper.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan, paprika, parsley and salt.
  3. Drizzle the tilapia with the olive oil, then coat it on both sides with the cheese mixture, pressing it in lightly with your fingers if necessary. Transfer to the baking sheet.
  4. Bake until the fish is opaque in the thickest part, 10-12 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice, to taste.
