Chicken Pasta with Peas

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil rotini noodles.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes.
  3. Dice onion.
  4. Sautee half of the diced onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. Sautee chicken breasts (add olive oil if needed).
  6. Drain boiled rotini noodles.
  7. Add peas, noodles, and chicken into bowl.
  8. Combine dressing ingredients (olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon, Italian seasoning, mustard, salt, and pepper). Pour over chicken, pasta, and peas.
  9. Mix well.
